Mission For The Class

The students in advanced studies of Biology will be able to learn, through inquiry and problem solving, ways that will encourage educational growth and understanding of the nature of science as well as the content of the Biology course. Students should feel the classroom is an instructive environment in which mistakes can be made and will result in deeper learning.

  

 

The 2009- 2010 school year marks my 31st year of teaching, but I am only starting my 5th year of teaching at Kell High School.
My original B.S. degree was obtained from Louisiana State University;  I graduated with a Masters degree in December of 2004 from KSU.

On a personal note:

I have been married for 32 years and I have 2 grown sons.  My youngest just graduated from Georgia Tech!

The youngest member of ourfamily is of the feline persuasion and knows that she owns the house.

My hobbies include reading, singing, running, and scrapbooking.
